Signdoc.io (hereinafter "Signdoc", "we", "us", or "our") is an electronic signature and document automation platform, offering legally compliant, AI-powered signing services. Our company is headquartered in London, England.
Signdoc provides a number of services (the "Services"), including digital signing, document tracking, automation features, and integrations, accessible through www.signdoc.io (the "Website") and associated web applications and APIs (the "Platform").
Both "Customer" and "you" refers to you and any entity you represent, which you confirm you are authorized to represent.
By using our Services, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Continued use after updates constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
REGISTRATION
To access Signdoc, you must register using your email address and a password, or by using third-party sign-in options (e.g. Google, LinkedIn). You must provide accurate details such as your name, organization name (if applicable), and contact information.
You must be over 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation email.
ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for all actions taken via your account. Keep your password confidential and log out after each session.
Signdoc support staff may access your account to provide technical or billing support.
Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
To deactivate your account, contact us via email.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Services may integrate with third-party services and platforms. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Signdoc is not liable for any issues related to third-party content or services.
SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING
Signdoc offers paid subscription plans ("Subscription Plans") on a monthly or annual basis, with automatic renewals unless cancelled.
Payment options include credit card or invoice. Invoices are due 20 days after issuance unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur interest and fees. If payment is not made on time, we may suspend your access to the Services.
To cancel, you must do so at least 30 days before your renewal date. Cancellations are processed via the Platform. No refunds are provided for early cancellation.
SERVICE USAGE TERMS

Signdoc does not guarantee uninterrupted service but will aim to provide high availability.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the system, violate laws, or breach these Terms.

You must not use Signdoc to upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading documents.
CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We will strive to notify you in advance of significant changes.
